We offer large, shady RV sites in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. We are only five miles from Palestine, home of the famous Dogwood Trails Celebration and many other unique activities and events. Locally owned and operated RV Park
Because we are locally owned and operated, we take great care in the park and in providing top-notch customer service. Our owner is an interior designer by trade, but it was always her dream to open an RV park. She purchased land with easy access off Highway 287 in Elkhart, TX just a quick five mile drive from Palestine. The land is full of towering trees and the sites were designed to take advantage of all the shade. Each RV site has shade so you can get reprieve from the hot Texas sun.
Large, Shady RV Sites
We currently have 30 full hook-up RV sites but have plans to build more. Each site has 30/50/100 amp electric, Fast Wifi, level ground for easy set up, and more. Look at our RV Camping page to learn more
On property, you’ll find an office with RV supplies (coming soon), and community fire pits. Plus, you’ll feel safe with on-site security and security cameras.
Long-term RV Living Near Palestine
Do you want to stay in the area long-term? Perhaps there’s a job opportunity here, you have family in the area, or you want to take time to explore Palestine and East Texas. Whatever the reason, we rent sites for one night or long-term. We are open year-round, so you can choose to stay for a few months or an entire year.
We have space for both your RV and tow vehicle. Just leave your RV on site while you take in the sites around East Texas.
